A preliminary injunction is sought against a company that unlawfully sells personal information (i.e., name and contact details) to professionals (e.g., hairdressers, doctors, data brokers) for a profit; the company is asked to refrain from further disclosures of personal information, either paid or unpaid, and an immediate freezing of the company’s website domain should be imposed until further judgment by the Court. |
